Tiny homes may be tiny, but the cost of the pre-designed plans to build them are not, as they can cost anywhere between $500 and $800 dollars. But, I found a website that offers 11 free tiny house plans that range from charming to squeal-worthy. To make it even better, there’s no registration required, so we can download at will.

The 160sf, 1 and 1/2 story Rolling Bungalow is intended to be built on a trailer frame for complete portability. You could buy an RV, or you could be way cooler and build one of these bad boys.

The site in question is The Small House Catalog, which offers both drafting and design services if you can’t find a free plan you don’t fancy. But, chances are, you will! Click here to see them all.

The small house catalogue is no longer offering free plans, though they do have an extensive selection of house plans for under $100.
