I never had a bunk bed as a kid. This absence has created an empty space in my soul, as I’m as enthralled by such spaces like a cat is to a butterfly. Lofted spaces are conducive to bedrooms as, when you think about it, the majority of time spent in a bedroom is horizontal, meaning you can get by with less headroom. Although, in a few of the eight lofts featured here, headroom is NOT an issue. Check ’em out and get ready to grab a napkin, cuz you just might salivate.
A ladder to a bedroom loft with a library as a headboard?? Heaven.
No worry about headroom in this heavenly sleeping space.
The bed usually takes the upper space in a lofted situation, but in this case, that honor goes to an open closet. Dreamy.
This loft is lovely to be sure, but check out those stairs!! Amazing.
Okay, this next lofted space appears to serve as a living area, but it was too lovely not to include in our roundup. (And how about that black wall in the kitchen area?)
If you love eclectic interiors, then you’ll want to pin this next pic. Such a delightful space, no? And how about that heavenly staircase to the lofted space?
Another topsy-turvy arrangement, a reading nook sits above this rather bo-ho sleeping space. So very cozy.
Warm and inviting, the staircase to this loft beacons all who cast their eyes upon it to climb. Climb, I say! And grab a book on your way up, if you please. (BTW, This is my favorite of the bunch, which is yours??)
