You’d think with the advent of the intertubes, I wouldn’t be such a magazine junky, but, god forgive me, I LOVE getting glossy periodicals in the mail. The down side is, of course, they do start to accumulate, and even though we diligently deposit them in the recycling bin (after being picked through and disemboweled with a blade and the resulting pages going into an ‘ideas’ three-ring-binder) I do like the idea of actually recycling the magazines myself, which is where Chrysti comes in. She’s put together a roundup of 100 + ways to reuse them. Abstract Octopus’s magazine boxes, pictured above, are splendid as are BlueAlgae’s colorful coasters. For the rest of the list, head on over to Chrysti’s place.
