By sadi79We just moved into a new apartment. My kitchen is a good size but the walls are bare. No wall cabinets installed. My hubby and I were thinking of installing shelves, what kind should we install, any ideas or suggestions.

On: I just HAD to do something about those white laminate cabinets. I was pretty restricted due to us living in a rental. This required pretty minimal drilling and looks so good that my landlord was ecstatic. See the close up for construction description..... (Photo)

Chrisjob, What colors would you suggest for the cabinets. I've already asked the landlord and he seems pretty cool abt letting me do what I want. This is what I had in mind : Painting the cabinets white, and the moulding a medium grey. And adding color to the kitchen with colorful appliances, and plants and bowls and plates. What do you think?
