Wash a synthetic pillow
By optimistNOT FOR FEATHER OR DOWN PILLOWS
If you have synthetic pillows (just in case there is any Euro/US terminology confusion, I'm talking about the rectangular, cotton covered, synthetic filled things you put your head on in bed!) that need to be freshened up, you will probably find that a label says, hand wash only. Thanks for taking the time to check out my curbly profile and read the article I wrote on staging vacant properties. Clearly you are missing the point of staging a home for sale. The property does not come with the furniture, it is there to provide a point of reference for room size, fuctionality and flow. You mention the word "bland" and I can see your point, however the key to effective home staging is to remain neutral in decor while highlighting the physical features of the property. This is a proven method for appealing to the broadest possible range of potential buyers. After all, it is the property for sale and not the contents. I invite you to check out our website for more information and examples of what we do to merchandise property.
Kind regards,
Jackson West
