How-to: Make a Slipcovered Vase

This easy tutorial came to my attention through Paper and Stitch when I was googling one of my past tutorials to find sites where it was picked up.  Ugh, shameful self-centeredness.  Nevertheless, it led me to this simply adorable vase slipcover.  I'm considering some vase projects these days, so this will go in my "great ideas" folder.   This also makes good use of small fabric scraps or "fat quarters" you may find at a quilt shop or fabric store.  What an inexpensive, easy gift to make for someone, not to mention using recyclable vases from your favorite thrift shop.  For the step by step tutorial, click above or go directly to How About Orange.
