I specialize in custom home plan design and drafting. That means we talk to you, get your input, your sketches, images, magazine clippings and photos and mix them up into your own creation. I offer affordable home plan design and drafting services over the internet with prices by the hour ($15/hr) or per project ( $.80 eighty cents per square foot).

Look at our website for more info on custom house plans and house plan drafting : www.houseplanarchitect.com  and email me at admin  at houseplanarchitect.com or call 877-706-8724.

I work on a wide variety of projects from an entry addition to full  construction sets for new houses.

I like working with people who know what they want and take active participation in the design processes.

The Best Nail

By houseplanarchitect Dtsma_medium

I found this nail last year and I think its great, it also got top awards in many different places. Hi, thanks for the friends request.  How fortunate that you found me. I actually work for a home improvement website and we feature high quality contractors from the San Francisco, Bay Area.  The website is http://www.genietown.com and we have several hundreds of licensed contractors featured with their individual profiles.  We're opening our service up to architectural designers, so if you're looking for an additional online venue to gain more visibility, please check out the website and let me know what you think!
