The only thing I can think of to do to an oil based paint is either strip it or maybe try some Kilz? Not sure. Let me know how it goes..........

Plans, plans, planning. - Holding the balance between a small business ownership, homemaking, a creative lifestyle and different interests.
Planning to renovate our apartment (four rooms at the third fllor of an German cityhouse built in 1902. Stylish details like ceilings, floorings and connecting doors, but lots to be down in terms of paint jobs, bathroom and kitchen makeover. Looking forward to find ideas and creative input, to discuss projects and to celebrate results.
