Have You Ever Seen These?

I just bought these chrome stacking candleholders at a thrift store. Has anyone ever seen them before? I can't tell if they are old or new....
There are 3 pieces there that you can move around and rearrange into different possitions.

They look like those toys where you build a big structure, drop a marble in, and it rides down the track.

They look like those pipes and tubes you connect together and roll marbles down them. I loved them as I kid...I think I still do. I WANT THEM!!!!
