Modern Wooden Sinks

UWD (Unique Wood Designs) took all they knew about building boats and started making gorgeous, and unusual, sinks and bathtubs.

The vessels have layered finishes which not only makes them resistant to water damage, it protects them from scratches and UV damage as well. An added feature is they have antiseptic properties too. Here's just a sample of some of their creations; head on over to If it's Hip it's Here to see more.
