As you can see by my posts, I love me some kitsch. This post on Saucy Dwellings on LiveJournal is like kitsch heaven! I gained a ton of inspiration from this post, from the TV shelves to the pictures hung on the wall to the MANNEQUIN! I heart mannequins! Go see for yourself, but here's a peek:

I think the TV's are fun and colorful but the mannequin would freak me out. I loved the owl cup with the paintbrushes and the bird nest. I also thought the tooth impressions were a little wild. The personality of the owner definately shines here. Nothing matchy poo about this place. Even though I wouldn't go for some of it I think it's fun to see what other people do and I definately admire the no fear approach to decor.
