This sounds great for already dried & prepared seeds... but what about the ones straight from the pumpkin? They are wet & gooey when you take them out, and they have that hard outer-coating on them (which I usually just eat, and it gets kind of crunchy if you roast them just right). Anyone care to update with fresh pumpkin seed tips to go with this yummy recipe?
