This sounds great for already dried & prepared seeds... but what about the ones straight from the pumpkin? They are wet & gooey when you take them out, and they have that hard outer-coating on them (which I usually just eat, and it gets kind of crunchy if you roast them just right). Anyone care to update with fresh pumpkin seed tips to go with this yummy recipe?

oooh yay thanks! i always just wing it, but i think i'll give this a shot instead. just have to go buy some pumpkins!
