Has anyone bought Canopy™ furniture?

While sitting in a waiting room recently, I saw an ad in a magazine for Canopy™ furniture. Maybe I don’t get out enough, but I hadn’t heard of the brand. Its concept, however, interested me. It’s like Ikea and Pottery Barn hooked up and produced offspring. Canopy™ offers reasonably priced put-together furniture but with a contemporary-country feel. I was intrigued and decided to do a bit of investigating. A Google search took me to the company’s website. A click on ‘Shop Canopy’ redirected me to another site...Walmart’s. So, has anyone bought/seen this stuff? How's the quality?

Just purchased a dinning room set.  Utter crap.  One of the chairs arrived broken.  Poorly constructed plywood garbage.  Stupid of me to think it might actually be decent.

I now have 3 rooms decorated with Canopy furniture.  I LOVE it and highly recommend.  I started with office furniture, then added book cases in my living room and just purchased a dresser for my new daughter's nursury.  It is inexpensive, heavy, very sturdy and very attractive.  I assembled the book cases myself - no tools required and love that you can "sight to store" deliver so no shipping charges.

I bought the TV stand and want to buy more of this stuff! super easy assembly and great quality! completely cecommended!

I've sat in one of the chairs at Walmart and it seems very comfy.  I'm thinking of buying it for my bedroom.

IoH--I had exactly the same reaction.

This sounded interesting until I got to the Wal-mart part. :(

There still seems to be a huge gap in the market that is only being served by Ikea and West Elm these days.

Thanks David. That's great to hear!

We have purchased the computer desk and the buffet table.  I put these together and I feel the quality and construction is very good.  I highly recommend this brand.
